The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) is the world’s governing body for cycling. It oversees cycling events from the Tour de France to the Olympics.
To create a set of inspiring annual publications which reflected the UCI’s new, forward-facing direction while working within their existing brand framework.
The yearbooks and annual reports presented the organisation in a dynamic way, while simply communicating complex statistics, data and facts. We used emotive and impactful imagery and subtly incorporated the brand colours. We pushed the yearbooks to oversized formats, showcasing the images in their full glory. Designed in both English and French, readers could open the report from the relevant cover to see their language first. We were then invited to tender to rebrand the organisation.
