Balancing people, purpose and profit as a Social Enterprise
Our social enterprise status means we’re part of a global movement of organisations that balance people, purpose and profit. Our legally governing Articles of Association state that we must reinvest at least 50% of our profits in our social ambitions, and also give away 10% of our billable expertise to not-for-profit changemaking organisations.
Championing young changemakers through The Champion Foundation
We’re one of the few creative agencies to have its own foundation, which exists to champion young creative talent from disadvantaged backgrounds. Our lead initiative is a partnership with Shillington College to help aspiring young changemakers become industry-ready graphic designers. We offer one fully funded scholarship each year, plus a living and equipment bursary.
