Founder and Creative director of Champion, Scott got his first design commission at 16 years of age and by 21 he was Art Editor on the Big Issue (SW). Since then he’s gone on to win multiple creative awards working at Mother, Wieden & Kennedy, Karmarama and Ogilvy & Mather. He quit Adland to become the Brand Director at Streetcar and was responsible for transitioning the brand through to Zipcar. Scott went on to mentor on the Google digital experts programme before launching The Champion Agency in 2012.
Today he’s a Royal Society of Arts Fellow for achievements championing British creative talent, a Virgin StartUp masterclass instructor and sits on two boards at The Bernie Grant Arts Centre and the youth-led radio station, Reprezent.
A born and bred Londoner, as Champion’s Business Director Amanda is responsible for driving growth within the business, working closely alongside the Creative Director to build brilliant brand campaigns with social purpose.
Having worked at future trend forecasters, The Future Laboratory and youth content agency, Latimer Group, Amanda has been instrumental in building purpose-driven campaigns with cut-through for the likes of Channel4, Transport for London, FitBit and Samsung.
Amanda is passionate about all things inclusion and figuring out how to make the world a more peaceful (and fun) place.
Having branded and rebranded over 30+ organisations, Oscar is Champion’s Creative Partner and is responsible for realising the creative ideas for Champion’s clients. Since graduating from Shillington College he has worked on international luxury consumer brands; political think tanks, international sporting bodies and NGOs.
Oscar is skilled both digital and print, but his main passion is for branding. He is a member of the Brixton Design Trail council, passionate about socially driven design initiatives and ever keen to learn more about cross-disciplinary design approaches and identifying core problems.
Oscar can often be found heading into a forest on two wheels at the weekend.
Working as an in-house designer for mean-while space and start-up, Pop Brixton prior to joining Champion, as Creative Designer Olivia is responsible for bringing brands to life and helping them discover their purpose with the Creative Partner and Creative Director.
Olivia has always been interested in ethical design and typography, and holds a background in illustration. She has helped a breadth of businesses reach their brand status, co-delivering branding masterclasses for 120+ startups.
A believer in design having the power to change the world, Olivia also believes dogs hold the key to true happiness.
