Rebranding a viable product
Sustainable changemakers Unpckd had demonstrated that their packaging-free delivery service for household goods was viable. But their current brand didn’t reflect the company’s dynamic nature. We held one-on-one sessions with the founder to define the brand strategy. We then created a new brand identity, with templates the team could use to amplify purpose and service alike. The new brand was so successful, the team had to restrict new customer registration to allow supply to catch up with demand.
